Get Introduced as the Expert
on 12 Relevant Podcasts

We help position you, pitch podcast hosts, follow up, track the pipeline, and work to get you scheduled for 12 podcast interviews without you researching shows, chasing hosts, or writing pitch emails yourself.

Schedule Me on 12 Podcasts
You have expertise, stories, opinions, lessons, and a message worth sharing. The problem is that not enough of the right people have heard you explain it yet.

Podcast guesting solves that by getting you in front of audiences that already exist. Instead of waiting for your own platform to grow slowly, you appear on other people’s shows as the invited expert. The host introduces you, asks you questions, and gives you time to explain your story, your ideas, and your point of view.

That is very different from posting into the void. A podcast interview gives people a chance to hear how you think, what you believe, what problems you solve, and why you are worth paying attention to.

The Offer:
Podcast Guest Tour Sprint

$1,000 One-Time Launch Special

We work to get you scheduled on 12 relevant podcast interviews.

This campaign is built for authors, coaches, consultants, speakers, founders, attorneys, financial professionals, real estate experts, service providers, and business owners who want to build visibility and authority through podcast guest appearances.

You do not need to search for shows, write pitch emails from scratch, manage follow-up, or keep track of a messy booking pipeline. We help build and run the outreach campaign so you can focus on showing up prepared and delivering a strong interview.

Why Podcast Guesting Works

When you appear on someone else’s podcast, you borrow trust from the host. The audience already knows the host, and when that host invites you onto the show, you enter the conversation with more credibility than a random ad, cold post, or generic social media update.

One podcast appearance is useful. A dozen podcast interviews create momentum. With 12 scheduled interviews, you can test your message, sharpen your stories, build relationships with hosts, collect proof that other people invite you as an expert, and create a stronger media footprint around your name and expertise.

This is not just about “being on podcasts.” It is about becoming easier to discover, trust, and recommend.

The Problem

You may already know podcast guesting would help, but the actual process is tedious.

You need to figure out what topics to pitch, write a guest bio, create a speaker angle, find relevant shows, contact hosts, follow up, track responses, coordinate scheduling, and remember who replied. Most people send a few messages, get busy, forget to follow up, and the whole idea gets pushed back into "someday."

The Podcast Guest Tour Sprint gives the process structure. We help position you, find relevant opportunities, pitch hosts, follow up, track the campaign, and move interested hosts toward a scheduled interview.

What We Do For You

1. Podcast Guest Positioning

Before outreach begins, we clarify what makes you a strong podcast guest. We look at who you help, what you talk about, what makes you credible, what stories you can tell, and what topics a podcast host would actually want for their audience.

The goal is not to pitch you as a generic expert. The goal is to pitch specific, useful conversations that a host can quickly imagine as an episode.

2. Guest Bio and Topic Angles

We help shape the basic materials needed for outreach, including a short guest bio, 3 to 5 podcast topic angles, sample interview questions, and host-friendly positioning language.

A host should be able to quickly understand who you are, why you are credible, and why their audience would care.

3. Podcast Research

We look for relevant shows where your message makes sense. The goal is not random exposure. The goal is relevant exposure with shows that overlap with your industry, audience, keywords, expertise, and topic angles.

The right smaller show can be more valuable than the wrong large show. Relevance matters more than vanity placements.

4. Podcast Host Outreach

We send outreach to podcast hosts with a clear guest pitch built around their audience. The message is not "please promote me." The message is, "Here is a useful episode idea your audience may appreciate."

That distinction matters because podcast hosts are not looking for random guests. They are looking for strong conversations.

5. Follow-Up

Most bookings happen in the follow-up. Hosts are busy, emails get missed, and people often intend to reply but forget.

Each qualified podcast may receive an initial pitch and up to 2 follow-ups when appropriate. We keep the process moving so good opportunities do not disappear.

6. Booking Tracker

We track the campaign so you are not guessing where things stand. The tracker may include shows contacted, host names, show links, topic angles, outreach status, replies, follow-ups, scheduled interviews, recording dates, and next actions.

You will know what is happening instead of wondering whether anything is moving.

7. Scheduling Coordination

When a host says yes, we help move the opportunity toward a scheduled recording. A booking counts when the host accepts you as a guest and a recording date is scheduled.

Our preferred scheduling process is simple: we send the interested host your private podcast interview booking link, the host chooses a time, and the interview appears on your calendar. If the host requires their own scheduling link, we coordinate based on the availability you provide.

What Counts as a Booking?

A booking counts when a relevant podcast host agrees to have you as a guest and a recording date is scheduled.

It does not depend on when the episode is published. Some podcasts publish quickly, while others record weeks or months ahead. We cannot control each host’s production calendar, publishing schedule, or release date.

The goal of this sprint is to get you scheduled for 12 podcast interviews.

What Is a Qualified Podcast?

A qualified podcast is a show that has a relevant topic, a real host, an interview or guest-friendly format, and an audience that reasonably overlaps with your expertise, message, industry, or target market.

A qualified show does not have to be a celebrity-level podcast. We do not promise only top-ranked shows, famous hosts, or large audience placements. A smaller relevant show can still create a valuable interview, a useful relationship, and another authority asset.

We focus on fit, relevance, and real opportunities.

Campaign Timeline and Outreach Limit

The Podcast Guest Tour Sprint runs until one of the following happens:

  1. You are scheduled for 12 podcast interviews, or
  2. We approach up to 300 qualified podcast opportunities within a 6-month campaign window.

This keeps the offer strong and fair. We are not sending three emails and disappearing. We are building a real outreach campaign. At the same time, podcast host responses are not fully under our control, so the campaign has a clear scope.

If we reach the outreach cap or the 6-month window without scheduling all 12 interviews, the sprint is considered complete. At that point, you still have the campaign tracker, outreach history, positioning, show list, and market feedback from the campaign.

Scheduling Requirements

To make this campaign work, you need to be reasonably available for podcast interviews.

We recommend creating a private Calendly link just for podcast interviews. This should not be your general public calendar link. It should be a dedicated booking link that we can share with interested podcast hosts.

Recommended settings:

  • 45 or 60-minute interview slots
  • At least 6 hours per week of availability
  • Availability open at least 6 weeks ahead
  • Calendar synced to prevent double-booking
  • 15-minute buffer before and after interviews
  • Minimum 24 to 48 hours notice before booking

We will not intentionally double-book you. If your private calendar is synced properly, the host can only choose open times. If your availability is too limited, the campaign may slow down or pause until more interview slots are available.

Client Responsibilities

We handle the outreach campaign, but you still need to participate.

To make the campaign work, you agree to provide:

  • Headshot
  • Short bio
  • Website or primary link
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Book, offer, or business link if applicable
  • 3 to 5 topic ideas or approval of the topics we create
  • Preferred call to action
  • Any topics to avoid
  • Private podcast interview Calendly link
  • Reasonable weekly availability
  • Timely responses to scheduling questions

You also need to show up for the interviews once they are scheduled. We help get you in the room. You deliver the conversation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If a host cancels before the recording, we replace that booking.

If you cancel, no-show, repeatedly reschedule, reject reasonable relevant shows, fail to provide availability, or do not respond to scheduling requests in a timely way, the campaign timeline may pause and the scheduled opportunity may still count.

This protects the campaign from getting stuck because of avoidable scheduling friction.

What This Is Not

This is a podcast guest booking service. It is not a full PR agency, social media management service, paid advertising campaign, podcast production package, or guaranteed lead generation program.

This offer does not include:

  • Guaranteed leads
  • Guaranteed sales
  • Guaranteed downloads
  • Guaranteed audience size
  • Guaranteed publication dates
  • Guaranteed top-tier media appearances
  • Full PR management
  • Social media posting
  • Clip creation
  • Podcast production
  • Website updates
  • Paid ads
  • Unlimited consulting

The promise is not that every host says yes, every episode publishes instantly, or every interview turns into a sale. The promise is that we build and run a real outreach campaign designed to get you scheduled on relevant podcast interviews.

Who This Is For?

Who This Is Not For?

This is a strong fit if you are an author, coach, consultant, speaker, founder, attorney, financial professional, real estate expert, course creator, business owner, industry specialist, or service provider with a message worth sharing.

It is especially useful if you have a book to promote, a service to explain, a story to share, a framework to teach, a business to grow, a cause to spread, or a point of view more people need to hear.

You do not need to be famous. You do need to have something useful to say.
This is probably not a fit if you do not want to appear on podcasts, cannot respond to scheduling requests, expect guaranteed sales from every interview, only want celebrity-level podcasts, or regularly cancel and reschedule commitments.

It is also not a fit if you have no clear message, no real expertise, no willingness to speak publicly, or no availability for interviews.

Podcast guesting works best when you are willing to show up, answer questions, tell stories, and give value to the host’s audience.

Why 12 Podcasts?

One podcast interview gives you exposure. Twelve podcast interviews create a guest tour.

With 12 scheduled interviews, you can test your message, sharpen your stories, learn which topics hosts respond to, build relationships with hosts, and collect proof that other people invite you as an expert. Each appearance can support the next one because you have more examples, more links, and more proof that you can deliver a useful conversation.

This is not about getting one random interview and hoping something happens. It is about creating a focused visibility push so you are appearing in more places, having more conversations, and building more authority.

What Happens After You Get Booked?

Once you are booked, you show up for the interview and share your message.

After the recording, you may want to ask the host when it will publish, request the raw recording if appropriate, share the episode when it goes live, add the appearance to your speaker sheet, and follow up with the host.

Those post-interview actions are strongly recommended, but they are not part of this booking sprint. The base offer is focused on positioning, outreach, follow-up, tracking, and scheduling interviews.

Step 6: Repeat Until Completion

We continue the campaign until you are scheduled for 12 podcast interviews or until we approach up to 300 qualified podcast opportunities within the 6-month campaign window.

The Real Benefit

The real benefit is not just "being on podcasts." The real benefit is becoming easier to discover, trust, and recommend.

Every podcast appearance gives you another chance to explain your expertise, tell your story, answer real questions, build trust with a new audience, and create a relationship with a host. The more you show up in relevant conversations, the more people begin to understand what you are about.

Authority is not built from one magic interview. It is built from repeated proof.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you guarantee I will appear on 12 podcasts?

We work to get you scheduled for 12 podcast interviews. A booking counts when a host agrees to interview you and a recording date is scheduled. The campaign runs until 12 interviews are scheduled or up to 300 qualified podcast opportunities are approached within the 6-month campaign window.

Do you guarantee the episodes will be published?

No. We do not control the host’s publishing schedule. Some podcasts publish quickly, while others publish weeks or months later.

Do you guarantee leads, sales, downloads, or followers?

No. Podcast guesting can help build visibility, trust, relationships, and authority, but we do not guarantee leads, sales, downloads, followers, revenue, or audience size.

What if a host cancels?

If a host cancels before the recording, we replace that booking.

What if I cancel or reschedule?

If you cancel, no-show, repeatedly reschedule, or do not provide reasonable availability, the campaign timeline may pause and the scheduled opportunity may still count.

Do I need a speaker sheet?

A speaker sheet helps. This sprint includes basic speaker sheet guidance, but not a full graphic design or branding package.

Will you pitch big-name podcasts?

We focus on relevant podcasts, not celebrity-only placements. The right smaller show can be more valuable than the wrong large show.

Do I need to have my own podcast?

No. You can use this service even if you do not have your own podcast. Having your own show can help with reciprocity, but it is not required for this booking sprint.

How quickly will I get booked?

It depends on your niche, positioning, availability, host response rates, and scheduling speed. Some bookings may happen quickly, while others take follow-up. That is why the campaign includes a 6-month window and up to 300 qualified podcast opportunities approached.
