DFY Podcast Funnel

Give Every Podcast Episode a Clear Path to a Booked Appointment

You bring the expertise. We connect your podcast, lead capture, email follow-up, and booking process into one working system.

See What's Included

$4,000 per month

Audit, initial funnel build, and ongoing production included. No separate setup fee.

You finish recording an episode. You answered a useful question, shared an example, and gave someone a reason to trust you.

Then what?

Does that listener have a clear next step? Can they get a useful resource, hear from you again, and book a conversation when the timing is right? Can you see which inquiries came through that path?

When those pieces are disconnected, you end up doing the follow-up from memory. An episode gets published. A link goes into the show notes. The rest depends on somebody remembering to do it.

DFY Podcast builds and manages the path from your content to your calendar.

The Podcast Authority-to-Appointment Accelerator combines podcast production with the landing page, lead magnet, emails, booking workflow, and tracking that give your content a business purpose.

You work with DFY Podcast throughout. We handle the production and implementation. You record, approve the material, and have the sales conversations.

A useful episode should lead somewhere useful

Imagine you run a consulting business. You record an episode explaining three mistakes your ideal client makes before hiring help.

At the end, you invite listeners to download a checklist that helps them spot those mistakes in their own business. They enter their email on a focused page. A short sequence helps them use the checklist and invites them to book a call.

The useful handoff

An opt-in keeps the conversation open.

The timing can change.
The connection can continue.
A listener can want your checklist today and a conversation later.

Ready nowBook a callClear invitation,
intake, reminders.
Not ready yetKeep learningUseful emails,
then another invitation.

The resource bridges the gap between interest and readiness. The follow-up gives someone another opportunity to take the next step.

Behind the scenes, the contact is tagged, the appointment enters your pipeline, and you can review what happened. If someone misses a call, the follow-up is already planned.

This is the system we build around your offer. The topics, resource, emails, and invitation should all make sense together.

Your first month: build the foundation

We start with one audience, one core offer, and one clear conversion path. Your first monthly payment includes the audit and the initial build.

  • Strategy and audit: review your offer, ideal client, current podcast, website, follow-up, and tools. Agree on the message, next step, and measurements.
  • Podcast setup or improvement: prepare a new show or improve the positioning and publishing workflow of your existing show.
  • One lead magnet: turn your expertise into a focused checklist, guide, or assessment that supports the offer.
  • One landing page: write and build the page that explains the resource and captures the right contact information.
  • Six nurture emails: write and configure a sequence that delivers the resource, teaches something useful, and invites a conversation.
  • Booking and follow-up: connect your calendar, intake questions, confirmation, reminders, and a no-show follow-up.
  • CRM and tracking: set up the agreed pipeline, source tags, and a practical dashboard for contacts, appointments, and opportunities.
  • Up to two podcast episodes: edit, prepare, and publish your recordings while the funnel is being built.

We write the initial page, resource, and email copy from your expertise and approved materials. You review it for accuracy and approve it before launch.

The first-month target: a working path from a published episode to an opt-in, follow-up sequence, and booked appointment. We confirm the launch schedule after reviewing your tools and receiving the required access, recordings, and approvals.

Then keep publishing, following up, and improving

From month two, your $4,000 monthly service includes:

  • Up to four episodes per month, each up to 45 minutes of supplied recording, with audio and video editing where source video is provided.
  • Show notes, transcripts, and publishing through your agreed podcast host and channels, with a relevant call to action pointing into the funnel.
  • Promotional copy and one short clip per episode, when suitable video footage is available.
  • Management of the funnel we build, including the lead capture, email sequence, booking connections, and follow-up automations.
  • A monthly performance review and strategy call to look at opt-ins, booked calls, attendance, and opportunities recorded in your CRM.
  • One focused improvement each month to the existing page, emails, call to action, or follow-up workflow, based on what the activity tells us.

We test the connections before launch and review them as part of ongoing service. The reporting helps us see where people take the next step and where the path needs attention.

Your sales outcomes still depend on your offer, audience, traffic, follow-through, and sales conversations. We do not promise a specific number of leads, appointments, or sales.

Built for a business with something worth saying

This is a good fit for coaches, consultants, agency owners, and other service businesses that sell through a conversation.

You have an offer you can deliver. You know the problems your clients bring you. You can record consistently, approve the work, and take the calls that come in.

You can start with an existing show or build the system around a new one. You do not need to learn editing software or become the person connecting every form and email.

You do need a way to reach people. We help you use and promote your episodes, but this service does not include paid advertising, ad spend, guest booking, or a promise to supply an audience.

A clear division of work

DFY Podcast handles the build and production

We manage the agreed strategy, copy, page build, automation setup, episode production, publishing, and ongoing improvements. You have one point of contact through DFY Podcast.

You provide the expertise and approvals

You supply your brand assets, offer details, recordings, account access, and timely feedback. You own your sales conversations and keep opportunity outcomes current so the reporting stays useful.

We use your existing tools when they can support the agreed workflow. Hosting, CRM, email, calendar, and other third-party subscriptions are billed separately by their providers. Any new paid tools or work outside this scope are agreed with you first.

The initial page, lead magnet, and email sequence include two rounds of revisions. Each episode includes one revision round. The program covers one business, one show, and one core funnel. Additional funnels, major CRM cleanup or migration, a full website redesign, custom software, and extra production are quoted separately.

Unused monthly episode capacity does not roll over.

After checkout, follow the onboarding instructions to send your website, podcast link if you have one, and the offer you want the funnel to support. We will arrange your kickoff and confirm the access and materials needed to begin.

A few practical questions

Do I need a podcast already?

No. We can prepare a new show or work with an existing one. The first month includes the audit, setup or optimization, and up to two episodes. Ongoing months include up to four episodes.

Will you write the funnel copy?

Yes. The initial landing page, lead magnet, and six-email sequence are included. We use your expertise and approved source material, and you approve the claims and final copy before launch.

Do I have to move to a different CRM?

We review your existing setup first. If it supports the agreed workflow, we use it. If another tool is needed, we explain the cost and confirm it with you before adding it. Major migrations are separate projects.

How soon can we launch?

We aim to launch the initial funnel during the first month. Timing depends on access, your recordings and approvals, and the condition of your existing setup. We confirm a practical schedule at kickoff.

Are appointments or sales guaranteed?

No. We deliver and manage the agreed production and funnel work. The number and quality of responses depend on your offer, audience, traffic, and sales process.

Who owns the content and accounts?

Your paid-for final content belongs to your business. We use client-owned accounts wherever practical. Your third-party subscriptions remain subject to their providers' terms.

Your next episode can do more than sit in a feed. Give interested listeners a useful next step, a reason to stay connected, and a clear way to talk with you.
