Hosted Guest Episodes

Your Show. Your Guests.
Your Podcast. Hosted For You.

Yes, I Want You to Interview My Guests for My Own Show Now!

Most people like the idea of having a podcast, but they do not want to host every conversation, manage guest scheduling, make small talk, ask the questions, record the episode, edit the audio, publish the show, and turn it into content.

That’s where DFY Podcast comes in.

With Hosted Guest Episodes, your brand gets the authority, relationship-building, and content benefits of a podcast — without you needing to host every episode yourself.

You do not even have to be there.

You send me the guest, client, partner, referral source, prospect, or industry expert you want featured.

I handle the scheduling, guest communication, pleasantries, interview, recording, and conversation flow.

Then my team handles the usual DFY Podcast post-production: editing, YouTube, show notes, SEO, reels, social media, podcast publishing, and posting to your site.

A Podcast Service
Where You Don’t Have to Host the Podcast

You already know podcasting can help you build relationships, credibility, trust, and content.

The challenge is that a podcast usually adds another responsibility to your schedule.

  • You have to find the guest.
  • Schedule the guest.
  • Show up prepared.
  • Make the guest comfortable.
  • Ask good questions.
  • Keep the conversation moving.
  • Record the episode.
  • Edit the episode.
  • Publish it.
  • Promote it.
  • Turn it into content.

With Hosted Guest Episodes, you can skip the part where you personally carry the microphone.

You give me the guest or the guest’s contact information. I’ll help get them scheduled, host the interview on behalf of your brand, and record the conversation.

Then my team produces and publishes the episode for you.

How It Works

1. Send Me the Guest

Provide the guest’s contact information, or send them my booking link.

I can set up a special booking link for your project so guests can choose a time, provide their bio, share their links, and tell us what they would like to discuss.

2. Guest Intake & Prep

The booking form collects the guest’s bio, introduction, website, LinkedIn, talking points, and helpful background.

I’ll also add each guest on LinkedIn so the relationship continues beyond the recording.

3. Robert Plank Hosts the Interview

I welcome the guest, handle the small talk, introduce them, ask the questions, guide the conversation, and record the episode on behalf of your brand.

Your podcast can be positioned as:

“Presented by Your Brand, hosted by Robert Plank.”

You do not have to attend unless you want to.

4. Flexible Question Flow

You can provide questions. The guest can provide talking points. Or I can create the conversation naturally on the fly.

The goal is simple: make the guest comfortable, create a useful conversation, and produce an episode that reflects well on your brand.

5. Full DFY Podcast Production

After the interview is recorded, my team handles the usual production work.

That includes editing, cleanup, show notes, SEO, podcast publishing, YouTube posting, reels, social media assets, and posting to your site.

6. Turn Conversations Into Content

Each episode becomes more than a recording.

It becomes a relationship touchpoint, a credibility builder, and reusable content for your website, podcast feed, YouTube channel, LinkedIn, social media, and follow-up campaigns.

We create short-form content and social media assets from the episode.

      Website posting

We post the finished episode to your website, blog, or podcast page when access is provided.

      Who This Is For

Hosted Guest Episodes are a good fit if you want to:

      • Build authority without personally hosting every episode
      • Feature clients, partners, prospects, referral sources, or industry experts
      • Create podcast episodes without adding more calls to your calendar
      • Turn conversations into YouTube, SEO, reels, and social media content
      • Keep your podcast active even when you are busy
      • Build a library of useful interviews under your brand
      • Use podcasting as a relationship-building tool
      • Test the DFY Podcast process before committing to a larger package

This works especially well for founders, consultants, agencies, coaches, authors, SaaS companies, investors, service providers, and business owners who want the benefits of a podcast without becoming the full-time host.

      Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be on the interview?

No. You can be there if you want, but you do not have to be.

The whole point of Hosted Guest Episodes is that I can host the conversation on behalf of your brand.

      Can I provide the questions?

Yes. You can provide specific questions, topics, guest talking points, or a general direction.

If you do not provide questions, I can guide the conversation naturally.

Can the guest use their own talking points?

Yes. The guest can share their bio, links, topics, and talking points through the booking form.

What recording platform do you use?

I recommend using my Riverside recording room because it is built for podcast-quality audio and video.

If you prefer to use your own Riverside, Zoom, Google Meet, StreamYard, or another platform, we can discuss that inside Slack.

Can you post to my podcast, YouTube, and website?

Yes, as long as we have the proper access or publishing instructions.

We can post to your podcast feed, YouTube channel, website, and other platforms as part of the production workflow.

Do you find the guests for me?

No. Guest sourcing is not included.

You provide the guest names/contact details or send guests the booking link. I help with scheduling, hosting, recording, production, and posting.

What if I only want to try one?

Choose the Try Me Out With One Episode option for $250.
