- Guest booking: we find suitable guests or coordinate your guest list, send invitations, schedule recordings, send reminders, and collect guest details and talking points.
- Full audio and video production: editing, sound cleanup, your intro/outro, music, supplied sponsor segments and an episode thumbnail.
- Episode content: a title, show notes, timestamps, resource links and transcript.
- Promotion for each episode: 2 captioned clips, 3 quote graphics, and promotional email and social copy.
- Publishing: your podcast host, YouTube, website and agreed social channels, with approval and release coordination.
- Setup and support: podcast setup, cover artwork and intro music when needed, plus Slack communication.
Scope and Billing
This plan covers one show and up to 2 episodes each month. You host the conversations. Website episode posts with show notes are included; standalone articles and personalized guest kits are not. Monthly capacity does not accumulate. Recording software and podcast hosting subscriptions are separate. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future monthly billing.
Regular episode production takes two business days once onboarding is complete and files, instructions and access are ready. Guest availability and your approvals affect the release schedule.
